Our client diagnostic assessments are a face to face evaluation geared towards determining the clients current state and need for substance abuse services according to ASAM guidelines. Sober Notes comprehensive assessments provide the basis for addiction treatment services on any level. We are authorized to provide Clinical Evaluations for GA DUIIP Program for individuals that have obtained a DUI in Jasper, Morgan, and Fulton County.

Group addiction counseling is a powerful therapeutic method wherein clients are exposed to others that are struggling with similar challenges. Group therapy reinforces the notion that a client is not alone or the only one with these problems. At Sober Notes, our therapy sessions, help patients develop positive attitudes and learn skills to cope with life’s most complex circumstances. We provide treatment services using Prime Solutions and other models. We are an authorized treatment provider for the GA DUIIP program for Jasper and Fulton County.

A critical part of the long-term recovery process, addiction counseling is a catalyst to identify and address the issues, behaviors, and environmental factors that have contributed to substance abuse, and equip those struggling with addiction with the tools they need for successful recovery.
In group and individual sessions, we’ll work to identify successful alternatives to maladaptive behaviors. Recovery is a journey and not a destination. We will walk with you through your journey for as long as you need. We provide treatment services using Prime Solutions and other models.
